HOW LONG WILL MY TOUR LAST
Sessions are 1.5hrs and we guarantee 60 minutes out on the water.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
You must bring a valid for of photographic I.D.
We provide wetsuits and buoyancy aids so you will just need swimwear, closed toe footwear, towel and a change of clothes.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM / MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED?
We can take up to 6 people over 3 jet ski's. We are happy to accommodate for solo trips if that is your preferred option. Please enquire directly regarding solo tours.
ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS?
You must be 21 or over to ride a jet ski solo. However any body over the age of 14 can ride on a double rider with a person 21+.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes gift vouchers can be purchased for both single and double rider jet ski tours.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS NOT SUITABLE?
We are able to operate in most weather conditions. However we will be stopped by high winds, heavy sea state or storms. If the conditions are not suitable on your day we simply rearrange to another suitable date. Please note we will only reschedule as we do not give refunds for cancellations made by ourselves due to weather.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes due to high demand it is very important that you book in advance!
DO I NEED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE?
No you do not need previous experience, we will take you through a safety briefing and all the controls to ensure you know how to operate and remain safe on the jet ski whilst out on the water. All participants MUST be able to swim at least 20m.
WHAT IS THE POLICY ON CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS?
Cancellations made by Float Jet Ski due to bad weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances will result in date of tour being rearranged or voucher issued. These can be last minute due to relying on the weather but we will always give as much notice as possible.
Cancellations made by clients can only be rescheduled or refunded subject to our cancellation policy found in our Terms & Conditions here.
